EB may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and employers seeking employees or recruiters seeking employees on behalf of a specific employer. EB may not be used by employers or recruiters as a means to source employees or potential employees for employment opportunities not advertised specifically on EB specifically prohibits any use of the Web Site, and all users agree not to use the Web Site, for: Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate CV (living individual seeking employment on a full-time or part-time basis on his or her own behalf).

When posting details on the EB, it is to be for the advertisement of job vacancies only. Advertisements for any sort of business opportunity or service are not permitted. If you’re interested in business advertisements, please check out our advertisement page. We have reasonable prices!

Employers and Recruiters using this website agree to pay the relevant fees quoted on the website or advised by EB at the prevailing rate. If electing to pay by invoice the user agrees to pay each invoice within 14 days of the date of invoice. EB reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 10% for transaction fees.

EB reserves the right to charge interest rate at any time.

 Members (“Normal Users / Job Seekers”)

When you register with EB, you will be asked to provide certain information including, without limitation, a valid email address (you’re “Information”). In addition to the terms and conditions that may be detailed on this page and in the privacy statement, you understand and agree that the EB may disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis or otherwise, certain information contained in your registration application.

EB will not disclose your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent on the website, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. EB also reserves the rights to take down any advertisements or cancel active subscription packages at the Administrator’s discretion.

EB is the web presence of EB and acts as a venue for employers and recruiters to post job opportunities and candidates to post CV’s and does not screen or censor the listings offered. EB is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, EB has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or CV’s posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings.

You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through EB. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release EB (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. The Material may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors.

 EB makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Web Site or the Material. The use of the Web Site and the Material is at your own risk.
