Cross trains with Resort Business Analyst on the use of computer systems.
Assist with the receipt and verification of requisitions and issues material and supplies.
Assists with monitoring storage and the rotation of items to uphold standards in the operation, while reducing loss and pilferage
Responsible for following -up on requests for exporting of materials for repair and/or return, to ensure they are executed on a timely basis
Assists with the preparation of monthly reports related to inventory control
Participates in month-end inventory count, and assist with the Investigation of storeroom overages/shortages with the Resort Business Analyst.
Responsible for the storage of inventory and distributes as needed
Adheres to all company rules and regulations including storeroom policies and procedures and ensures that employee safety practices are in place.
Responsible for all other tasks as assigned by the Resort Business Analyst
Attends meetings and training as requested
Maintains sound knowledge of the company’s facilities and related services
Performs related duties as required
