Assistant Guest Service Manager – Casino

Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for Casino Guest Services procedures at Atlantis. Supervision of management
team and line employees within the department to ensure Casino guest receives the highest level of service.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for planning budgets, scheduling, responding to guest correspondence and establishing programs for Casino Guest Services.

Managing all employees within the department.

Responsible for conducting meetings, coaching, counseling, hiring and discipline.

Provide courteous and professional service to both guest and employees at all time.

Adhere to the company¿s grooming policies, e.g. posture, personal hygiene, etc.

Ensure a complete understanding of and adhere to the policies within the employee¿s handbook.

Act as an ambassador for Casino Guest Service of Atlantis

Setting standards and procedures for Casino Guest Services

Responsible for gathering all Casino information and communicating to casino Guest Service staff.

Requirements

Gaming Board License for the Casino
College degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field
Minimum 2 years management experience in a customer service related field, preferably the hospitality industry
Proficiencies in the following computer applications:
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Lodging Management System (LMS)
AED and CPR certified
Proven ability to plan, organize and execute requests
Strong leadership skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a self-motivated environment with little supervision
Ability to manage the administration of multiple tasks at one time
