Job Description

EXPERIENCED COOK NEEDED

Duties include:

Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty
Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
Ensure effective communication between staff by maintaining a secure and friendly working environment
Ensure that food products are of high quality before serving to customers
Report any equipment failure, need of repair to maintenance
All other duties as required

Applicant must be prepared to relocate to a small island. Complimentary housing and meals will be provided.
