Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Lightbourne Marine is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Sales and Service team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detailed oriented and possess excellent communication skills.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assisting both new and existing customers personally, via phone or email with quoting, order processing, purchasing returns and damages.
  • Respond to social media inquiries.
  • Coordinate with service department and delivery department.
  • Able to complete Manufacturers online sales courses for Generators and Marine Engines.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, an associate degree is a plus.
  • Customer service experience of at least 2 years.
  • Must be able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented.
