Dental Practice Manager

Job Description

Our progressive dental office is accepting applications for the position of:
PRACTICE MANAGER

Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of proven management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or human resources.

Core Responsibilities:
• Recruits, trains, manages, and disciplines employees.
• Leads team to excellent customer service levels.
• Communicates job expectations and monitors job performance levels of employees.
• Develops, maintains, and enhances systems for customer service and satisfaction.
• Communicate with all personnel and vendors to maintain office safety, legal compliance,
effective operations, and to enhance growth.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Quick-thinker, problem solver, and level-headed.
• Ability to work under pressure, unbiased, and a winning mindset.

• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
• Excellent event planning skills.
• Experience with graphic design and marketing.
• Self-driven personality with a desire to be the best in your profession and provide the best
care for our patients.

Requirements:
• A driver’s license and your own vehicle.
