Our lucrative Liquor Boutique is looking for a passionate Team to bring fresh ideas and unsurpassed energy to an already established store!

Our ideal candidate is creative and proficient with all forms of Social Media & AI Tools, is good with building relationships and is sales driven.

Duties:

• Manage a premium Liquor store
• Meet with wholesale clients and prospect new accounts
• Develop and execute an aggressive sales plan to meet and exceed monthly targets
• Prepare weekly sales reports to management
• Maintain and update store pricing (Training will be provided)
• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service (We pride ourselves on providing an outstanding and friendly customer service experience— this will always be the most important part of our job)
• Write up Daily cash deposits and close the store.
• Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs
• Setup product presentations and tasings to drive sales
• Check ID’s for legal age requirements
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge
• Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers through tastings and in-store events
• Maintain displays: Stocking, facing, fronting and cleaning
• Be friendly and welcoming to all customers and work to maintain and develop relationships with regulars

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 and older
• Must have reliable transportation.  Company will provide monthly gas allowance, service allowance
• Must be able to travel when necessary
• Must have prior retail and inventory management experience
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be flexible with hours and able to work on Holidays, or overtime when necessary
• Must put on a big smile when greeting customers
