Event Coordinator

Our Company

Idyllic Picnics is an up-and-coming luxury picnic company located in Nassau, Bahamas. This unique picnic company strives to offer memorable, top of the line picnics to its customers and constantly improves its offerings to enhance the picnic experience. We are currently seeking a suitable individual to fill the role of Event Coordinator.

 

Job Details 

As an Event Coordinator, your main responsibilities include

  • Preparing picnic packages (light snacks, beverages etc.)
  • Travelling and arriving to picnic sites in a timely manner.
  • Setting up picnics as required.
  • Interacting with customers throughout picnic time.
  • Taking down and returning picnic supplies.
  • Attending scheduled team meetings (virtual) as required.
  • Reporting inventory updates to the owner.

 

Qualifications 

The ideal Event Coordinator should have:

  • Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility
  • Reliable access to a vehicle for travel to picnic sites.
  • The ability to safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • The ability to recognize issues and easily mitigate.
  • The aptitude for continual improvement.
