The Royal Blue Golf Course Labourer will work together with the Golf Course Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent and is responsible for helping with all maintenance of the clubhouse grounds.

What you will also have already accomplished:

• High School Diploma
• 1 year + of experience as a landscape labourer preferred
• Hospitality experience preferred

Description of Responsibilities

The Royal Blue Golf Course Labourer will be responsible for helping with all maintenance of the clubhouse grounds. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide dynamic services to ensure guests are “wowed” by Baha Mar’s hospitality
• Perform maintenance tasks to include mowing, weeding, trimming, mulching and irrigation
• Operate hand and small power tools such as weedeaters, blowers, etc
• Total compliance with Baha Mar’s standards of operation
• Uphold the highest standards of courtesy and conduct exceeding expectations
• Stay current on hospitality best practices and industry trends
• Perform other duties as assigned
