Handyman needed for maintenance and repair of small hotel property.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• A minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role.
• Strong repair skills
• Experience with electrical, plumbing and air conditioning.
• Capable of working with hardware tools and power equipment.
• Basic carpentry skills
• Extremely organized
• Physically fit
• Routine maintenance and emergency tasks as needed
• Reliable Transportation
• Good communication ability
Must be available to work weekends
