EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of an Associates Degree or higher in IT related field is required  

Help Desk experience is required

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

A+ certification is an advantage

Service-oriented Focus

Ability to work well with others

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong attention to detail for following-through on client service requests

Energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and professional approach
