House Keeping Agent

Job Description

Job Summary
To provide cleaning services throughout the Company both inside and outside of buildings with the strictest adherence to safety and hygienic practices.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, vacuuming and cleaning surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect restroom equipment.
• Clean glass windows and mirrors.
• On a weekly basis clean the refrigerator in the staff cafeteria.
• Clean the tables in the staff cafeteria after lunch on a daily basis.
• Responsibly use cleaning supplies issued and return all unused products at the end of each day.
• Responsibly use cleaning equipment and follow company guidelines for equipment usage.
• Clean and refill hand-sanitizers throughout the property.
• Report malfunctioning equipment and safety hazards to direct supervisor immediately.
• Clean and refresh trash receptacles.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

  • Must have prior experience
  • Must be vaccinated
