Job Description

The Local Service Provider is the first contact with the customer. They are responsible for maintaining all equipment for the site that they manage. They are to ensure the customer is getting the best technical support of the system and given the best customer service in the process. You would be responsible for maintenance for the equipment and to keep an updated inventory list of your equipment. Basic IT troubleshooting skills is required.
