The most qualified candidate will possess skills in the following areas:
– Installing, configuring and troubleshooting application software and operating systems
– Installing, repairing and maintaining workstations, printers and servers
– Installing, repairing, and maintaining network switches, routers and cabling
– Providing onsite problem resolution for end users.
– Escalating problems as appropriate, following company procedures.
– Maintaining professional communication with customers, vendors and management
– Properly documenting issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
– Creating and maintaining clear, concise written reports and documentation

Position requirements include:
– CompTIA A+ and Network+ (required for L1 posting)
– CCNA and MCSA (required for L2 posting)
– Two years’ experience in the field
– Valid driver’s license
– High School Diploma or equivalent
– Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
– Exceptional customer service skills
