We’re hiring an on‑call teammate who keeps operations moving and the floor humming when needed.

Summary

This is an as‑needed role. The typical call-in window is 10:00–6:00, Monday through Saturday, with higher likelihood on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. You’ll be called in for deliveries, office supply runs, and to cover Glow Agent shifts on short‑staffed, vacation, or high‑traffic days. On delivery days, you run time‑critical routes with spotless documentation. On FOH days, you greet, guide, and close with care.

Core responsibilities

• Deliver parcels, bank runs, vendor pickups with 95%+ on‑time rate
• Handle office supply runs and ad‑hoc errands with receipt tracking
• Verify manifests vs POs. Collect payments and log receipts
• Greet clients, run the quick quiz, recommend bundles
• Book services and checkout when covering FOH
• Document deliveries and sales activity cleanly in our systems
• Maintain availability windows for on‑call scheduling and respond promptly to call‑ins

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, insurable driving record
• Company van provided for most delivery shifts; must also have access to a personal vehicle as backup
• Gas + mileage stipend applies when a personal vehicle is used for company errands or deliveries
• Calm, courteous communicator who switches context smoothly
• Strong organization and time management. Physically able to lift safely
• Nassau route familiarity and GPS competence
• Reliable phone and ability to accept same‑day or next‑day assignments as needed
