Looking for a short order cook who is accustomed to a fast paced working environment. Must have at least 2 years experience. Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.  Candidate must be able to expedite the following;

• Able to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Ensure ingredients and finish products are fresh and CONSISTANT
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
• Grill and fry with consistency
• Present food well on every plate
• Maintain a clean and safe and sanitary work environment
• Handle and store ingredients and food according to food safety standards
• Set up and breakdown workstations
• Food quality control
• Monitor station inventory levels
• Accommodate guests’ special requests
• Must be able to operate fryer, grill, and other kitchen equipment
