JOB DESCRIPTION:

Spa Specialist

Masseuse and/or Nail Technician

CANDIDATE MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO SMALL ISLAND 

Masseuse Duties

1. Provide 30- to 50-minute massages for appointment holders and walk-ins at the spa location
2. Guide clients through our services and help them choose the types of massages that would benefit them most
3. Take detailed histories from clients, including information about any injuries or conditions
4. Administer steam or dry heat, ultraviolet or infrared, or water treatments on request of clients.
5. Record treatments furnished to clients
6. All other duties as required

Nail Technician Duties

1. Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments
2. Sterilize equipment before use
3. Remove previously applied polish
4. Recommend colors, based on each customer’s style
5. Clean, cut, file and shape nails
6. Paint fingernails and toenails
7. Exfoliate and remove rough skin from the hands and feet using various products and techniques
8. Provide hand and foot massage
9. All other duties are required

Requirements

1. Successful completion of professional training course(s) and a minimum of two years of previous experience
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Customer-service oriented and friendly
4. Experience work in luxury/high-end environments
5. Ability to multitask and be organized
6. Well-groomed and professional-looking
