Wholesale Sales Associate

We are seeking a driven Wholesale Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role will work closely with the Country Manager, as well as the Sales and Merchandising teams, to manage and grow relationships with liquor retailers in Nassau and Family Islands.

This individual will serve as a key liaison between our Corporate Office and our retail partners, to answer our customer questions and drive wholesale revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present and sell company products to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers
  • Manage day-to-day wholesale account activities for key retail partners.
  • Support sales and merchandising teams to ensure timely product launches, order fulfillment, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and planners, serving as a responsive and solutions-oriented contact.
  • Track and manage orders, samples, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution.
  • Adhere to company processes and workflows to maintain consistency and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the sales teams to align seasonal assortments with account needs.
  • Travel to Family Islands as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of wholesale sales, account management, or related experience.
  • Liquor and Spirits experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with retail order management systems a plus.
  • Willingness to travel if required.
  • Previous experience in beverage sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
