Job Description

Our Wholesale Sales Manager (Liquors) drives revenue by managing B2B relationships, negotiating contracts with vendors, and overseeing inventory, distribution, and marketing strategies. They lead sales teams to meet targets, analyze market trends, and streamline operations to maximize profitability. Key skills include leadership, negotiation, and inventory management, often in industries like clothing or food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Growth: Identifying new business partners, retailers, and high-end accounts while fostering existing relationships.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Analyzing and negotiating terms with vendors, suppliers, and buyers.
  • Inventory & Distribution: Controlling the flow of goods, maintaining stock, and overseeing storage and transport.
  • Performance Analysis: Reviewing sales figures, setting targets, and publishing KPIs for department.
  • Team Leadership: Managing sales staff, developing campaigns, and providing training.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Leadership & Communication: Strong skills to lead teams and negotiate with stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to forecast sales and analyze market trends.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, inventory software, and B2B tools.
