Job Location: Nassau, New Providence

Job Description

Perform various accounting duties according to Company policy including recording of necessary transactions, preparing financial information and reports, and preforming basic account and bank reconciliations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reconcile accounts and bank reconciliations.
  • Process account receivable transactions.
  • Create and complete tax returns and reports.
  • Process monthly General Ledger postings.
  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
