Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Generate new business development leads and close new contracts on a commission basis.
  • Maintain an accurate database of customers and prospect information. Maintaining the accuracy of this database is crucial for an efficient delivery process.
  • Communicate with customers, which includes providing customer service reflective of the ethos of the company.
  • Update Sales Figures. This requires advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software.
  • Prepare and present reports. This involves the responsibility to analyze sales figures and present these findings to the management staff.

 

Operation & Administration

  • Assist and work with the General Manager to provide support to its operations as needed.
  • Liaise with customers and provide superior customer service when addressing any queries and concerns.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and maintain file of same.
  • Create and prepare forms, reports, letters, and other documents as needed and as directed.
  • Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to customers, managers, and fellow employees.
  • Any other duties as required.
