Marketing Officer

Job Description

Doctors Hospital is looking for an out-of-the-box creative thinker who understands the fundamentals of marketing, branding and communications and is looking for an exciting opportunity in the ever-evolving field of healthcare. You’ll be an integral part of a small but
dynamic marketing team, expected to be involved at all levels.

You need to be:
Knowledgeable in the principles of marketing and branding and interested in learning all about healthcare.
An excellent communicator – written and oral.
A stickler for deadlines.
Able to write and create reports, business correspondence and execute administrative tasks.
Flexible enough to switch gears, while planning and executing multiple projects at once.
A team player who is also comfortable working alone with limited supervision.
A social media guru – use technology and the many social media applications to find the best ways to apply them in our field.
On top of the ever-changing social media trends.
Video/audio recording and editing skills a plus.
Creative and innovative but able to adhere to rules and guidelines.
Willing to work outside of the 9-5 environment when necessary.
Willing to get involved in non-departmental activities.
Detail-oriented.
Comfortable interacting with Physicians, Managers, Associates, Vendors, Patients and the General Public to effectively set and achieve marketing goals and manage the Doctors Hospital brand.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in journalism, communications or marketing.

EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years marketing experience.

TRAINING:
Computer literacy and knowledge of social media tools is essential (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

OTHER:
Strong time management skills.
Multi-tasking efficiency.
strong project management skills.
Media relations and customer service skills.
Excellent oral and written communication is essential.
