Job Description

ActivTrades Corp. seeks dynamic and enthusiastic Client On-boarding Assistant to support daily operation of the New Accounts Department.  This role participates in the onboarding process, ensuring that all accounts are opened in a timely manner and in line with legislative requirements.

All training including AML will be provided.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the process of opening accounts daily
  • Ensure full AML and KYC checks are completed in line with procedures
  • Liaise with client services to obtain missing or additional documentation
  • Translate documentation when applicable
  • Perform relevant KYC tasks related to customer accounts
  • Any ad hoc duties as required by the manager and business needs

Essential Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent computer Literacy skills
  • Comfortable using technology tools & software to accomplish work tasks
  • Spoken and written skills in a foreign language a plus

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Relevant experience
  • Knowledge of financial markets and AML regulations
  • Must be an adaptable team player who thrives in a fast -paced, innovative work environment
