An idea of your day to day duties includes:

• Sales – reaching out to potential clients with proposals.
• Event Execution – event setup and breakdown, coordinating promotional staff.
• Administration – completing post-event reports, submitting invoices.
• Customer Service – contacting current clients to confirm details and follow up on payments.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• High school diploma, some college level education preferred.
• Valid drivers license.
• Computer and Microsoft Office Suite savvy.
• Ability to lift and move 50lbs.
• Takes pride in their appearance and would describe themselves as a “people person”.
• Must be able to take initiative, practice common sense and work with minimal supervision.
• Experience using social media platforms and coming up with creative content would be a plus.
