Sales Agent

Job Description

You are the person customers remember. The calm voice. The quick math. The one who actually listens, then helps someone choose what makes sense for their skin and their budget.

This is entry-level, but it is not a “just answer messages” job. If you are hungry to grow, coachable, and consistent, you will do well here.


What you’ll do

  • Help customers choose products and routines with confidence
  • Recommend bundles and close sales the right way. No pressure, just clarity
  • Pre-book the next visit and follow up like a pro
  • Track customer purchases, issues, and follow-ups with accuracy
  • Communicate clearly in writing and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Use our systems to keep customer info, follow-ups, and sales clean and consistent

What we’re looking for

  • You can do quick math comfortably: percentages, totals, discounts, comparisons
  • You have customer service or sales experience (retail, call center, front desk, hospitality, beauty, phone sales, online support all count)
  • You write professionally: clear, correct, confident
  • You show up with integrity. You do what you say you will do
  • You are proactive. You look for the answer and you stay on it

How you’ll win in this role

  • Ask for the sale and capture payment before the goodbye
  • Anchor a high-ticket bundle or service package first, with a clear backup option
  • Pre-book the next visit and document products, total, and next action cleanly

Compensation

  • Starts at $300/week
  • 10% increase after probation
  • Additional 10% increase after 1 year
  • Performance bonuses
  • Commission on product sales
