Sales Agent Wanted

We are looking for a Sales Agent with a passion for serving the customer. The ideal candidate is genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, passionately communicative, and love to talk. The applicant must have a general knowledge of quotas, metrics, and KPIs while ensuring they always secure the sale. Applicants should maintain excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Make sure products pair to increase AOV;
• Generating more sales of lower selling products;
• Maintaining a healthy increase of top-selling products;
• Help customers select products based on their wants and needs;
• Emphasize product benefits over features making sure you always make a connection to the customer and how the product benefits them;
• Have detailed knowledge of all products to be able to answer customer questions about product specifics;
• Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns;
• Merchandise product displays;
• Implement promotional programs to increase sales;
• Nurture current customers while increasing referrals and obtaining new customers;
• Take incoming calls from customers who are interested in products;
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication;
• Meet sales targets and quotas;
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions;
• Process sales through a POS; and
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements

• Experience in retail;
• Experience in quota tracking;
• Strong listening and communication skills;
• Technical experience with POS systems;
• Ability to focus on servicing the customer regardless of customer behavior;
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively;
• High school degree; and
• Must be willing to assist Skin Magicians (estheticians) in service, when needed.
