What you will also have already accomplished:

• High School Diploma
• College Degree in Business, Hospitality, or Related field preferred
• Four years of Human Resources experience or operations management preferred

Description of Responsibilities

Baha Mar’s Recruiter will be responsible for assisting with a variety of activities related to the sourcing, screening and selection of future Baha Mar Associates. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Review profiles submitted to the Applicant Tracking System, categorize the applicants, and identify candidates for screening
• Administer online screening assessments and review the results
• Assist visitors with submitting or updating their online profile in the Applicant Tracking System
• Conduct one-on-one, group, and panel interviews
• Present recommendations for “pre-hire” to senior recruiting team
• Record all interview notes and candidate information in the human resources recruitment system
• Collect, scan and archive candidate documents
• Assist with the on boarding of all new hires
• Assist all assigned hiring managers to plan and conduct group or individual interviews
• Assist with training sessions and recruiting events
• Maintain levels of energy and order within the team
• Perform other duties as assigned
