Senior HR Business Associate

Job Description

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for leading and becoming an expert in the HRMS system. Additionally, this role has responsibility for aspects of the recruitment and employee relations functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft offer letters and appointment letters for entry level employees and temp contracts
  • Responsible for updating, maintaining and troubleshooting for the Recruitment, Performance, and Time and Attendance modules of HRMS.
  • Provides recruiting support for all sales and lower-level non sales positions inclusive of assisting with background checks, testing, interview scheduling, para-med arrangements and filing.
  • Responsible for general and standard HR communications and the communication of all employee engagement activities
  • Prepare personnel announcements for social media, website (collate and assist leader write ups for PR placement) and Company e-Shield

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field
  • Strong word processing skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Strong technical skills in word processing software, electronic messaging, office equipment, etc.
