Job Summary

Positively impacts the Casino guest experience, by providing a warning and courteous service during interaction. Rates slot players and ensure the continuous operation of all slot machines.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Report for duty 10 minutes before starting time wearing correct uniform, name tags, Gaming Board License Badge in a prominent place and appropriate buttons.

Ensure a complete understanding of and adhere to policies within the Employee Handbook and Gaming Regulations.

Attend training and meetings to ensure proper skills necessary to perform duties.

Maintain a sound knowledge of the company¿s facilities and related service.

Ensure a complete understanding of and adhere to the company¿s fire and safety procedures.

Maintain confidentiality of information received at all times.

Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

Provide courteous and professional service at all times

Solicit and ensure proper rating of slot players. (Name and address will do if player does not wish to be rated.)

Ensure the continuous operation of slot machines at all times.

Circulate among machines in assigned zone and observe the action of players and functioning of machines.

Answer attendants/service light on the slot machines promptly.

Determine problems with machine, whenever possible before opening machine.

Complete ¿M.E.A.L.¿ card each time a machine is opened (see control manual for procedures.)

Ensure that the assigned ACSC System Access Card is properly inserted into the card reader and registered with the system before opening the slot machine door.

Ensure that all equipment is properly functioning.

Assist novice players in understanding how to play various slot machine games.

Ensure the working area is kept clean and tidy at all times.

Ensure Jackpots and Hopper fills are completed within the designated time limit. (See Slots Manual for details)

Requirements

Ability to obtain a Gaming Board License for the Casino
