Dock Deck Hand Wanted – Nassau Marina
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking deckhand to join our team.
Experience in marinas, boating, or dock operations is preferred, but we are mainly looking for the right person: someone dependable, professional, and easy to work with.
The ideal candidate should be:
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Friendly and welcoming to boaters, guests, and crew
  • A strong team player
  • Calm, respectful, and professional
  • Able to use good judgment
  • Able to swim
  • Willing to learn and help wherever needed
  • Comfortable working outdoors around boats and marina activity
  • Able to communicate clearly with customers and staff
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities may include assisting vessels with docking, helping guests and crew, monitoring the docks, keeping the marina areas clean and organized, and supporting the overall daily operations of the marina.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who can help maintain a smooth, respectful, and professional work environment.
